  • If you have known vocal health issues, chronic throat problems, or illness, avoid or pause singing and consult a medical professional.

4.2 No Medical or Legal Liability

We provide singing education and do not act as medical or healthcare professionals.

  • We do not guarantee any specific results or improvement beyond what naturally follows from properly applying the Lessons.
  • We do not perform medical assessments of your fitness to sing.
  • Unless we can see you and give personal feedback, we cannot guarantee your results; contact us if you want specific feedback.
  • You agree that any vocal strain or discomfort you experience while using the Lessons is your responsibility and you will seek medical attention if needed.

5. Intellectual Property and Content Rights

  • We own all Lessons, videos, audio, text and visual materials on this website and we protect them under copyright law.
  • We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Lessons for your personal practice only.
  • Do not reproduce, record, stream, or broadcast the Lessons without our written permission.
  • When you follow links to other websites placed in lessons or lesson introductions, you must comply with those sites’ policies and any legal obligations.

6. Refunds, Downloads and Lesson Access

We strive to provide accurate, high‑quality content:

  • We do not refund downloaded Lessons once we deliver them because we cannot verify whether you opened or saved them; please read our Refund Policy.
  • If a technical problem (corrupt file, broken link, or access issue) occurs, contact us within 14 days of purchase so we can repair or resend the file, or issue a refund if necessary.
  • Our refunds window lasts for 30 days.
