Downloaded Lessons
This policy explains how refunds work when you purchase and download lessons from us.
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
1. Digital Downloads Are Non‑Refundable
Once you have downloaded a lesson or been confirmed as having successfully received the file, no refunds are offered. As a student, you cannot ‘return’ a digital file and we cannot verify if it has been opened or saved. Because of this, downloaded lessons are treated as fully delivered and non‑refundable.
2. Early Change‑of‑Mind (Before Download)
If you change your mind before downloading the lesson or receiving the file, you may request a full refund. As soon as the download process is completed or the file is reported as delivered, the lesson is treated as consumed and refunds are no longer possible.
3. Technical or Delivery Problems
If you encounter a genuine technical issue (corrupt file, broken link, access error, or unplayable format), please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will either resend the file, fix the issue, or offer a full refund if we cannot provide a working copy. We ask that you send screen shots of the issue to assist us in rectifying the problem.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare, clear‑cut situations (serious personal hardship or clear misunderstanding about the lesson), we may, at our discretion, offer a refund or alternative solution. These exceptions are not guaranteed and depend on our assessment of each case.
